Her experience allowed her to quickly determine what we wanted in a home and was able to make us reasses listings we passed on online but ended up liking in person. Her knowledge about homes increased our knowledge and discernment when refining our wants and don't wants list. Although we had some offers lose out, Karen made sure we did get too desperate and start over spending. Her connections and reputation helped us out compete similar offers and we ended up with the house we liked the most of all the ones we viewed.
