From the start of the process to sell our home to the final step Kim made it clear that she was 100% invested in doing what was best for us. Her evaluation of the home was spot on. She was able to walk through and give helpful suggestions as to what should be addressed before selling in order to make our home as marketable as possible. In a tough market for sellers her knowledge was invaluable. She was always available for questions and listened to what we, as the sellers, also needed at any given time. At one point Kim had to leave town yet she still did everything possible to stay in touch to help with the entire process. She even called after our home was sold to make sure everything had proceeded as expected. If you want a hard worker who is very knowledgeable of the market and who will always listen to your needs then I would recommend you ask Kim Burton to sell your home.
