My experience with Michelle was a pleasant one. We were first time home buyers and a little hesitant to talk to anyone because we didn't know anything about the process. Michelle was our first contact when we began our home searches. We met over a phone call and had a good enough impression to move forward with her. Upon meeting her in person, we felt very comfortable. Her office is downtown and it is a very nice one, too. As our relationship grew, we felt as if she was our friend guiding us along. Now, I can say she is truly our friend. Toward the end of the home buying process I had all confidence in her, she knew the area, knew what we were looking for and honestly, I felt she was out for us and not out for herself. All I can say is I am very happy I picked her! I would like to add she greatly helped with all the steps through the process, from the home inspection to the title company and even letting us know the trash/recycling pick-up times at out new home. Jackie Daley is the perfect agent. You just give her the listing and she takes care of everything. All you have to do is show up at the closing and get your check. Did a fantastic job on an aging property and worked like a dog to resolve issues with an inept title company. Only issue she could not handle was the criminal capital gains tax by the thieves in the State of Maryland. We have been involved in 5 transactions in 4 years and she gets better with time.

I’ve worked with Bonnie since 2018 when I bought my first house. She is straight forward, hard working and very flexible with making sure I got a chance to see any property I wanted to with my weird work schedule. After the first 2-3 showings Bonnie caught on to my likes and dislikes. The things I was capable of changing to a house and the things that were out of my league. She knew what I liked from my first purchase still and had no problem meeting me at the door to tell me whether or not I’d like the property I was about to walk in to.
