Mark was an excellent and exceptional realtor from the first time I met him. He was willing to help me with the many questions and concerns when he took me to see a house I was interested in. He was very patient with me, and he explained how things worked as a first-time home buyer. He was ready and available whenever I sent him a house I was interested in. He spoke to the sellers whenever I was concerned about something, so I knew he was my advocate at all times. He always updated me on things and took control of situations I did not understand. When we finally found the home of my dreams, he was a constant support to me all the way from putting in the paperwork, negotiating the deal to signing the contract. He made me feel so comfortable even though this was my first time buying a house. He was a true Representative/Agent for me!! Thank you Mark for making my dream come through!! Kim is fantastic Kim was amazing to work with in selling my home. Anytime I had a question or there was an issue she was very quick to follow up with me. She went above and beyond to make sure the sale of my house was a success. For example, I live out of town and the house needed sanitizing supplies (since it was during the pandemic) and Kim made sure those supplies were available. We also had some issues with my closing date, but Kim was a great negotiator and did everything should could to make sure we ultimately got to closing and we did! Kim is a realtor with a great breadth and depth of experience, so she guided me on which offers to take and was an excellent guide through the selling process. She showed a true interest in me and making sure we got the deal done. I would not have been as successful without Kim.
