I was am starting a new renting business and was looking to purchase another rental property that I will be living in the next couple years. Shayna was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to tell me about a lot of the townhome areas whether she thought they would be a good fit or not for my goal. She was super personable and I never felt like I couldn’t just shoot a text off with my ongoing questions and concerns. Shane was definitely the best and most easy realtor that I have every had to work with. He took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure to get back with any questions that I might have and I had plenty. He was there every step of the way and even afterwards. He even went out of his way to help me deal with some issues with the house I bought after I moved in. He did not have to do that, but I am so glad he did.
