The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! We had come to Tina a bit worried that despite our best planning, our dream home might have too many asks for our budget. She got started right away and found potential after potential.
