She made suggestions regarding staging and the open house process. She was timely in bringing multiple offers and reviewing them for consideration. Stacy was effective in communicating with myself and buyers agent regarding needs and contingencies with buyer . Stacy accompanied me through the closing process and went above and beyond seeing that the house was cleaned and ready for the new owners. Liz sets the bar so high, that other agents don't even come close to reaching it. I have used other agents in the past and I will only use Liz from here on out when buying real estate in Maryland.
