I never felt rushed into any decisions. With her help, I purchased a HUD home with a 203k loan and Lisa was incredibly helpful to keep all the pieces moving and working together in a complicated process. It was no easy task! Lisa also provided other experts for me to discuss the process with before deciding to purchase the HUD home and plan my rehab. She took time to help me in every way she could.
