The other involved realtors involved were unprepared and lacked a certain knowledge that my realtor seem to have innately. I would highly recommend my realtor under any circumstance

Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. Bill is extremely competent and knowledgeable. I have known him for many years and he has always been a professional and extremely responsive. My husband and I bought a condo from him years ago and made the sale through him as well. My cousin used his expertise for his condo rental and I worked with Bill on sale of my cousin’s condo as part of his estate settlement.
