Heather was so easy to work with especially for a first time home buyer! I had no idea what I wanted at first, except bigger and affordable. Bigger is easy enough in this market, but affordable is a challenge. Heather kept me up to date with new listings, got me in to see every place I was interested in, and when I found the right one, made sure my offer was competitive and in line with the appraisal value. My new home was a hot property and the bidding was fast and furious, but Heather was on top of it. We quickly revised my offer as the bidding heated up and were happily under contract within one day of the condominium coming on the market.
