Caroline shines on both the selling and purchasing side of realty. We bought the home through her in 2018 and just successfully sold through her efforts 8 years later. She has extreme technical understanding of the local market and which features are more valuable to maximize bang for buck. We had a time difference during this sale of 4 hours but she always worked around the issue and made us feel valued despite the hardship on her working hours. Her handyman recommendation for last-minute touch ups/repairs was the right team to minimize our time on market and accelerate closing date meeting all buyer requirements. I cannot recommend her more highly.
