Dawn Chaikin should be given the "Mid-Atlantic Best Realtor" award. As a realtor one expects to be shown a property, perhaps introduced to a finance company and or different trade experts to address property deficiencies, may make a few suggestions on what to look at and where to buy or sell but Dawn takes a realtor's skill set way beyond that and with every suggestion helps you to obtain a property at a lower price, or sell at a higher price with clear guidance and out standing resources. this is the third property that I have worked with Dawn on and in as many years. Just when I think we have maximized expectations on the purchase or sale she does it again and better. In terms of follow up Dawn make sure that every question is answered and she checks her sources and double checks + verifies the same to make sure that all issues of the purchase sale or trade are done correctly and to the customers needs. This last transaction had several moving goals that she keep track of and adjusted as needed on the fly, without complaining or making me feel as if I were asking too much, and this was all done during our holidays. I am sure that you can look far and wide but never find the quality of service that exists in this one person. Dawn if you are reading this then I have only one thing to say: Thank You, what an amazing, outstanding Job! We are speechless!
