Words aren’t enough to thank Val for everything she did while buying our home. She went above and beyond to not only find us out forever home but continued to fight for us when we were going through the process. On top of that she is the nicest person ever!

Joie has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Joie normally handles but she treated my husband and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting my time. She did a great job of listening to my needs and meeting my objectives when listing my property. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight.  She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done.  I have the highest level of confidence in her.  Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. We had a small issue with the dishwasher prior to the closing of the transaction and Joie had great follow through even arranging for the quick repairs.  She is very smart and transactions can sometime become very complex.  I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution.  In future transactions, I will only have Joie represent me. Definitely she exceeded my expectations!

Marc Hershkowitz was my real estate agent 20+ years ago when I bought my house in DC. Recently he supervised several additional improvements to the house and he has now sold the same house for a much larger amount. I am now living outside of DC, and Marc is assisting me by searching for a small DC studio apt for me for my many business and personal trips to DC.
