Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.

Working with Lisa was great! She was incredibly friendly, personable, professional and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process of buying a home. She was quick to respond to our inquiries, kept us informed every step of the way and made buying a house a smooth process. I highly recommend Lisa Adams for anyone looking for a realtor!

Malcolm is an excellent realtor! He is very knowledgeable, responsive and extremely thorough. He kept me abreast of timelines, thoroughly explained the home selling process and answered all of my questions. I trusted his judgement and agreed with his recommendations for getting my home ready for sale. I was very happy to receive an offer over the asking price the first day my home went on the market for sale! I highly recommend Malcolm Willis to help with your real estate needs!

Kevin Savercool helped us purchase our first home in Silver Spring. He made the experience a 10/10! He was always available to talk, answer questions, bounce ideas off of, and prompt to help us schedule showings as we toured different houses and evaluated our priorities. His knowledge of the market and the area was invaluable and we learned so much from him through our process. I would recommend him to anyone I know when buying or selling! Thanks again Kevin and team.
