Vilas was amazing and patient. She made time to show us all of the home we wanted to see in the small time frame we had to work with since we were from out of town (probabaly 20-25 in less than 3 days). She gave us recommendations for lenders, title companies, etc. We easily built a rapport with her, and had a great time working with her. She's very knowledgeable about the area, has a great eye that can help her buyers see things they might miss on first viewing a home. She takes time to educate and is truly passionate about what she does. If we are ever in the market for more real estate or ever need to give someone a recommendation, Vilas will be the person we will go to every time.

We are incredibly grateful to have worked with her as our realtor. From the very beginning, she treated us like family, always showing kindness, patience, and genuine care. Her honesty and trustworthiness gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process, and we always felt that our best interests came first. If we ever need a realtor again, we will reach out to her without hesitation. We will also proudly recommend her services to our closest family and friends. She truly made this experience special, and we couldn’t have asked for better support.

We had a great experience working with our Agent Akshay. As first-time buyers, we were nervous, but he took the time to understand our needs and never made us feel pressured. He gave honest advice and feedback to decide our choice of home. His expertise helped us navigate a tricky negotiation and secure our home. Very professional and knowledgeable—highly recommend, especially for first-time buyers!
