Kelly was able to assist me in getting my second home. She even went above and beyond her job description to assist me with my first property which I turned into a rental by helping me to structure the lease and finding a tenant. She has a lot of knowledge and truly cares about her client. It’s not just about the money with her. I plan on working with Kelly again I’m the near future!

Tanya's team is absolutely fantastic! Tim and Tanya worked with me for weeks prior to finding an investment property that fit my situation. I don't live in the area, so Tim did a weekend walk through of the property and sent me video of the house.
