Not only was she patient in sharing with me, information on the various properties, but she was technically astute in sharing with me the overall process of next steps on purchasing real estate, loan information, estimates, all documentation that would be required from me, during the process, and much more. Sofia was very professional and extremely proactive in finding the perfect home for us. We were getting discouraged because there weren't that many properties that met our criteria and when we found a property we were competing with many offers. Not only did Sofia find the perfect home for us but we did not have to compete and we got some closing cost assistance. We did not think it was possible in this market. The home she found for us is beautiful, newer and very spacious as we needed a lot of space because we are a family of five.
