Katrina was everything and more that we could have needed through the entire house selling and buying process as we upgraded to our dream home to better fit our growing family. She was open minded and easy going as we slowly started perusing houses to figure out what we wanted, then was able to flip to fast pace intensive work to prep our home to sell once we found the upgrade we loved. In an extremely tight six week window we put in an offer on our dream home that was accepted, prepped and got our home on the market including painting the whole house and staging it beautifully, got an offer on our home that we accepted within 4 days, then went through to the finish line despite issues that came up during the inspection of our old house.
