Michelle was my real estate agent for the 3 months that it took for me to find my home. I appreciated the fact that Michelle actually thinks strategically and is an active participant in the process. I remember her talking to me about what a good offer would be, why we needed to offer within a certain range, we talked about the significance of an earnest money deposit, and any other questions I had, I felt like I could go to her and get an honest answer. I also never felt like she was working in her own self interest, pushing me to do something, or doing anything to try to get a higher commission. I got out-bid a few times and she did not just deliver the news and let it be. Michelle encouraged me to keep looking and asked me where I wanted to focus my efforts, and we discussed next steps. She also did not get frustrated about me flip flopping on condo vs. house vs. townhouse, she was always even-tempered, accessible, and honest. I felt like I could trust her and that was very important to me. I highly recommend her to anyone.
