She spent a lot of time reviewing comps in the beginning so we could decide on an appropriate selling price together. Tracy had the house professionally photographed and added some personal touches for the showings. Tracy took care of everything from this point on. She called or texted with updates several times a week as needed. All contract work was sent through e-mail where I was able to sign electronically from home. Tracy let us know the time and location of the closing and met us there for the closing process.
