She knows her stuff, she has never dropped a detail in three transactions we've done with her, and she pushes for more than you even ask for. The one time I had to use another realtor, it was extremely obvious that Amanda is the best. All other realtors don't make you feel like you're her only client, like you're getting every penny (and more in my case) possible, and confident that the deal will go through.
