If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would! Trudy has been working with me for over a year as this was an estate sale. We had many bumps along the way, but Trudy never wavered and was there for me throughout the entire process! She was very upfront and honest with me and helped me make important decisions that would work best for me and my situation. She was steady during my emotional rollercoaster as well. Trudy has an excellent group of people she works with to take care of any need your property has. I have already recommended her to some friends of mine who will need help selling their home soon. Brian was super helpful in the purchase of our downsizing condo. He guided us without telling us. He showed us several properties and guided us through the entire process by being on top of action items and working closely with other parties such as the loan officer, insurance agent, and closing agent.
