I really can not express enough how grateful I am for finding Earl and being able to utilize him for such a big transition in my life. This is actually the second time I worked with him. I found him when I started the home buying process and it was so easy! Then a couple years later when I was ready to sell, I knew who to call. Earl’s communication throughout the process was exceptional. He took the time to explain things when I would get confused about what was going. He also gave me honest answers and maintained the utmost professionalism. Earl was so dedicated and remained on top of take, managing them quickly and efficiently. He handled everything I needed him to and made it seem so easy while doing it! The process was so smooth that I can not imagine ever working with someone else. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.
