After a relatively unexpected relocation to Arizona, we engaged Ellen to help us sell our home in Montgomery County. While the home was our "dream home" we wanted to help others see it this way, too. Ellen was the perfect person to help us do this. Not only did she ensure that we priced the home appropriately, but she also helped us understand the things that we needed to do, as Sellers, to best position the home. Because we had already moved across country, she managed the entire process, seamlessly, for us from start to finish. Ellen was great and we will forever be appreciative!

Kristen was amazing... The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. Kristen encouraged me to do a backup offer immediately and even though it seemed a waste of time since they had a solid buyer who was closing right away, she encouraged me to try. We continued to look at options over the next couple of weeks, but then lo and behold we got the call that the original buyer backed out! I couldn't believe it and before I knew it, I was moving in. Little did I know that there were multiple back up offers to mine. Had I not listened to Kristen, I would have never been able to get back in line and enter a bidding war to buy the home. Kristen's understanding of the market, where it was headed and what I needed to do immediately, made all of the difference. I will always appreciate her guidance and efforts on my behalf. This is my last home purchase/my forever home and I am over the moon.

Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.
