Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way. Highly highly recommend!!

Terri helped me with everything… so open and honest.. she is about more then selling you a house, she helps you find a home. Works with till everything is done.. answer all your questions. I didn’t just have a realtor I had a friend shopping with me. She made the whole experience enjoyable and helpful. I felt like I could ask her any questions and she would find the answers and the correct answers to everything. If you’re looking for somebody to help you find your home and it’s not just worried about a sale Terri is your person. She will work with you till she finds what you are looking for. I really cannot express how thankful I am to Terri and her team for everything they did for me during my home buying process. She is one of the most wonderful person I have ever worked with in any field. If you truly want a good agent I would go with Terri. I recommended her to all of my friends and family.
