This situation was not your typical home sale. My brother passed away in Maryland and I am in Texas and was required to be the administrator of the estate. I was not able to take as much time as I would have liked because of the work that I do. Dealing with the loss of a loved one in addition to selling a home remotely in a very challenging market is overwhelming.
