Mitch went above and beyond!

This situation was not your typical home sale. My brother passed away in Maryland and I am in Texas and was required to be the administrator of the estate. I was not able to take as much time as I would have liked because of the work that I do. Mitch had to do many more things than would be required in a typical home sale and he performed those tasks admirably. Dealing with the loss of a loved one in addition to selling a home remotely in a very challenging market is overwhelming. Mitch Seifert’s professionalism, knowledge of the market and willingness to go above and beyond even to the point of becoming a used car broker…was what made this transaction happen. Mitch has my respect and thankfulness for coming through in this situation. He was communicative and dedicated to solving issues in a timely manner.
