Terri helped me with everything… so open and honest.. she is about more then selling you a house, she helps you find a home. Works with till everything is done.. answer all your questions. I didn’t just have a realtor I had a friend shopping with me. She made the whole experience enjoyable and helpful. I felt like I could ask her any questions and she would find the answers and the correct answers to everything. If you’re looking for somebody to help you find your home and it’s not just worried about a sale Terri is your person. She will work with you till she finds what you are looking for. I really cannot express how thankful I am to Terri and her team for everything they did for me during my home buying process. You're leaving money on the table if you use any other realtor. Amanda knows how to negotiate, hands down. I wouldn't want to play poker with her, and I'm very good. She knows her stuff, she has never dropped a detail in three transactions we've done with her, and she pushes for more than you even ask for. The one time I had to use another realtor, it was extremely obvious that Amanda is the best. All other realtors don't make you feel like you're her only client, like you're getting every penny (and more in my case) possible, and confident that the deal will go through. Don't even think about anyone else. She's the best.
