Jessica was always working hard for us to find our perfect home. She gets back to you ASAP. She has great knowledge of all the areas around .she will drop everything to meet you and show you homes. Great negotiator to get the price you want. Definitely use her again and I have recommended her to a few friends .

Jimmy started by giving us recommendations for improvements to our home as it was an older home. He listened to our thoughts on the sales price and during the negotiations. Jimmy is an Annapolis native and knows everyone. During the home inspection there were a few.things we were not aware but Jimmy was very helpful in navigating the process which resulted in a quick sale. We highly recommend Jimmy.

Best Realtor I've ever worked with (including my time as a Realtor myself). As a real estate professional, I have a high bar about who I work with; but I didn't hesitate when choosing Theresa for her professionalism, market knowledge, and her ability to shift gears from the sweetest person on the planet to a pit bull that will get your money. Plus she is hilarious and delightful.

Malcolm is an excellent realtor! He is very knowledgeable, responsive and extremely thorough. He kept me abreast of timelines, thoroughly explained the home selling process and answered all of my questions. I trusted his judgement and agreed with his recommendations for getting my home ready for sale. I was very happy to receive an offer over the asking price the first day my home went on the market for sale! I highly recommend Malcolm Willis to help with your real estate needs!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would! Trudy has been working with me for over a year as this was an estate sale. We had many bumps along the way, but Trudy never wavered and was there for me throughout the entire process! She was very upfront and honest with me and helped me make important decisions that would work best for me and my situation. She was steady during my emotional rollercoaster as well. Trudy has an excellent group of people she works with to take care of any need your property has. I have already recommended her to some friends of mine who will need help selling their home soon. I can't thank Trudy enough for all the hard work, professionalism and dedication she showed me. I am so happy with the sale of my home as it was super quick once we were actually ready to sell! Don't hesitate - call her today if you are ready to sell your home!
