He gave me suggestions on upgrades I could add to my house before listing the property to entice sellers to come and bid on my property. His knowledge of the real estate market and how he explains the intricacies of the sales contract gave me a sense of confidence that I would be protected in case a disagreement arose between buyer and seller. In addition through her network she was able to schedule some viewings ahead of the actual listings giving us a first look.
