I have purchased multiple properties from Tonya Proctor and have Never - I repeat Never been disappointed. Now I have ventured into the flipping realm of real estate and once again I chose to do business with Tonya. Her knowledge, skills and expertise is the game changer. I let her take the reins while I sit back and marvel at how amazing she is. The first flip property went on the market and sold in just two days for asking price. Now call it a fluke if you want but my second flip sold in just eight (8) days for above asking price. This was all because I listened to Tonya and trusted her process. I have mixed emotions because I want to give her recognition and praise, but I also want to be selfish and keep her skills all to myself.
