Real estate teams in Marinette County

I’m not the easiest client to work with — I don’t fit neatly into any real estate “type.” I asked my agent not to set up an automatic search for me because there was no common thread among the listings I was interested in. Instead, I preferred to send her properties as I came across them. She didn’t just go along with that — she embraced it. She took the time to really listen, understand my personality, and adapt her approach to fit my style. Every time I sent a listing, she immediately researched it, offered insights, and coordinated showings — no small feat since we were living 3½ hours away from the area where we wanted to buy. Her professionalism, patience, and flexibility made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She truly went with the flow while still keeping everything organized and on track. If you’re looking for an agent who can read the room, roll with your quirks, and still deliver top-notch service, she’s the one you want in your corner!

My experience working with Stacy has been overwhelmingly positive. From the beginning, she was quick to respond to my inquiries about available homes and was always prompt in finding answers to any questions or concerns I had. Stacy even went out of her way to try to view a property that was outside of her usual service area, showing her dedication to helping me find the right home. For every property we viewed, she provided detailed information—everything from property lines and age of the home to updates and other important features. I appreciated her thoroughness and the time she took to make sure I had all the facts. During our home tours, Stacy genuinely listened to my concerns—even ones she might not have initially considered herself. That really stood out to me; it showed she cared about more than just closing a sale—she wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. One example that comes to mind: I noticed a "Lot #5" sign on a property, and upon further inspection we saw a "Lot #25" sign nearby. Stacy immediately contacted the listing agent to clarify the situation, confirming there were multiple lots involved—something I wasn’t interested in. I appreciated how quickly and thoroughly she handled that. Stacy did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. I truly enjoyed working with her and was so impressed that I recommended her to my sister for her own home search.

Cindy was great to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, & patient. Did I say she is an experienced negotiator. 1st Buyer's bid was so low. Thousands less than asking price. Cindy was there, reasurring us & showed her negotiation skill. The buyer came up $17,000. Anytime we had a question or concern, she answered us right away. She is the best. Cindy is doing what she was meant to do.
