Despite consistently being outbid by cash offers, Matt found a great first floor condo in a beautiful community in Bradenton that permits large dogs, of which we have two. The community (River Strand) has many amenities including golfing, fitness centers as well as activities of all types. Matt worked tirelessly to find us just the right place that satisfies all of our needs.
