The photographs were superb and the property had an offer within 2 weeks with only one very short Open House. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and the sale went very smoothly. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and so easy to work with. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job and was very excited to help satisfy his clients needs.
