Jojo made sure to keep me updated with what was available in the market by sending me any listings that were within my price range and within the areas that I was interested in. When it came to setting up appoitments for house showings she would always send me the time and date and look at the place with me to make sure that I wasn't getting into a house that would either be a financial disaster or have legal complications. During the inspection of the house I was interested in buying it was discovered that there was an issue with the septic system. Jojo made sure to get the issue resolved with the seller before I moved forward with the purchase and thanks to her negotiating skills the seller took care of the problem before the closing. I had a very smooth process with buying my house thanks to her expertise and network of professionals that made my well being their top priority. They demonstrated willingness to answer any of my questions while keeping me updated with what informaiton they needed from me during the buying process. Beverly Russo is an extremely professional, ethical, personable, and responsive Realtor. She is transparent and kept my partner and I informed each step of our home selling process. What I appreciated most about working with her was her ability to listen to my needs and concerns as a client and offer solutions without forcing my hand. While she guided and offered appropriate consultation, final decisions belonged to my partner and me. She's also very strategic. One specific example was her sharing her strategy for not having to show my house. The goal was to have multiple offers after an initial open house and that's exactly what happened. She was spot on about the market, about how to stage my home for the open house, and was wonderful to work with. Beverly also kept open lines of communication with my Realtor in the Midwest who was helping my partner and me find a home there while trying to sell ours in New England. There were so many moving parts but she kept me grounded and kept the process moving smoothly by offering timeline reminders and clear communication with all parties involved.
