My home sold for over asking and within a few days, highest in my sub with comparable homes! Great communication, great knowledge of the housing market! Knew all the answers to my millions of questions. This was actually the 2nd home he sold for me (also the 2nd purchase) as my agent.

Frank Leonardi is an excellent realtor! As first time buyers, my sister and I needed a lot of help figuring out what we wanted considering our budget and handiness. Frank went above and beyond giving us some pointers on what to look for in the houses as well as easy fixes for common issues. In addition to knowledgeable and professional, Frank has a great personality! We all really clicked and had a blast together cracking jokes while looking at houses and keeping it up during texts. It was like looking for a home with a trusted family friend.
