The idea of selling our first home felt overwhelming and bittersweet, but Kim was everything we needed to feel confident in her abilities to get what we needed in the sale and find a buyer we could entrust with the home we put so much love and memories into. It was clear that with Kim’s experience in her career as a realtor and her wealth of knowledge, we were in good hands. Our first meeting together, she prepared a packet of comparable homes in our neighborhood and mock-ups of what we might get for our home based on the market. Everything was laid out clear, concise, and digestible, which was perfect as this was our first time selling. She broke down the pros and cons when it was time to decide the asking price. Once the offers started coming in, Kim was instrumental in filtering the strongest offers so we could not only get the best profit for our house, but the most secure offer we felt confident accepting. I can’t thank Kim enough or recommend her enough for her time, dedication, and knowledge.

My family and I spent 9 stressful months with the WRONG realtor and paid a painful price! Darlene sold a home next door to our old home and we contacted her hoping for a new…from the first call and meeting we could see and feel the juxtaposition between our two options! We fired our original rep and hired Darlene on the spot! Darlene sold our home for top dollar in record time! Saving my family tons of money and tons of stress! For our timeline and expectations, Darlene proved to be a God send! Darlene will be our rep on our next ventures! No question!

Pamela was always quick to respond to my questions, no matter the time of day, and made sure we understood each step of the buying process. She was patient when we needed time to think, but also proactive in helping us act quickly when the right home came along. Thanks to Pamela we are now living in the type neighborhood we were looking for. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, hardworking, and personable, I highly recommend Pamela.
