Emily is AMAZING!! One year ago I contacted Emily to help us in the buying process. We looked at three houses and decided the market wasn’t where we felt Comfy purchasing. So, Emily signed us up for a daily email of houses with in all our specs. She kept in contact with us throughout the year until we were ready to pull the trigger. We finally contacted her in January and with in three days we made an offer on our perfect little home. He gave helpful tips on how to make the house more marketable and most importantly he had our best interests in mind. He did not push the first offers so he could move on and focus on others, instead he gave advice using his experience.
