Calls and texts were always answered promptly, and we were confident our transactions were being done correctly and timely. Betsy worked so well with other agents on both sales also. She also understood our feelings about securing a buyer for our home who would love it as much as we did for so many years. Scott was extremely helpful with our first home buying experience! He explained everything in a way that was digestible and understandable. He knew how to answer all our questions and was very timely with his answers. Scott was also patient with us while helping us find the perfect home! He did a lot of behind the scenes work to help us get the best deal and negotiate with the previous owners. This took the stress away from us so we didn’t have to complete all the communication with the sellers. Throughout the process, Scott was extremely professional and made us feel comfortable. When touring houses, he was honest about whether he thought a house was worth buying and pointed out the pros/cons. He talked us through each house to help us process whether it was the right home for us. We could not have purchased our dream home without Scott.
