We had the pleasure of having Alcides there to help and guide us on our first home purchase. He was there all day, (even nights), showing us homes and accommodating to our hours and needs. Having a lot of knowledge in Real Estate and each home we looked at! He made the process very easy for us, while having a great attitude the entire time. It was a pleasure having Al as our Agent and we will definitely be going to him if we ever purchase a home again or even as a recommendation for anyone we know! We had the pleasure of building a great relationship with Al and he was very personable as well, which is a great quality to have in this business. Thank you so much Al! You are an awesome Agent

Louisa was first contacted by us about a year ago and she assisted us until the sale fell through due to complications with a 1031, not associated with LOuisa. However, we told her that we will be ready again in about a year to purchase again and she managed to contact us to get us going again. This offer that we closed on recently, Louisa did an amazing job negotiating the sellers credit for an issue in the house, she provided us with a lender, and she is also managing our property. So she truly is a one stop shop. Takes the hassles out of buying real estate and renting.
