As offers would come in, Linda would provide great guidance on how to counter in order to maximize our profit. She was very receptive to all my questions about the entire process and my recommendations to add to counter offers which helped a lot during negotiations. I appreciate so much all she did for my mom and the family during this period. Such a hard thing to sell your parents house that they built and lived in for 40 years! I know that this was a challenge for her as well since the house WAS 40 years old and things needed fixed, remodeled, etc and she was showing the house as is initially which i know was difficult. Had a great experience with Randolph. He helped me find my first home and was great to work with. I was very picky, but he took the time to show me many different houses and also added some color to the local market and what I should consider. I had just moved back to Shreveport after being away for many years. Although I'm from Shreveport, he was able to get me up to speed on what neighborhoods I should look at and what I should avoid. Randolph was very patient, resourceful and worked very hard. He has also helped several friends of mine and everyone came away very pleased. These were situations that included both buying, selling and preliminary evaluation.

I would like to thank Sharon for all her help during the process of buying my new home. It's been 20 years since my last buying experience and her professionalism and knowledge has certainly made this one a pleasant experience.
