I am thrilled with this experience. Lesley knows her stuff. She was very knowledgeable with the market and helped us determine an accurate sales offering. She devised a great plan for selling the house and kept everything on track. Lesley was always able to answer questions and took the time to make sure I understood the topic. She anticipated my needs and offered assistance when I had issues. She helped us with figuring out moving information and recommended professionals that helped with the disposition of household items. When she had a scheduling conflict, she made arrangements for a colleague to handle the particular needs . Lesley worked well with me and my ex to make sure we were equally informed and involved with decisions. Our house sold quickly for a price we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying/selling a house.

Stylist was, is, and will continue to be a A-class, top-notch, #1 realtor. I have been on this housing journey since early 2020--and it was hell before I started working with Stylist. I met Stylist in 2020 when I was working with a different realtor. He was not culturally competent nor did he truly address my needs and concerns as a government employee trying to buy a home. Since then, Stylist has never let me or give up on my homeowner dream no matter who my realtor was. Therefore, after over a year of playing around with my previous realtor, I asked Stylist if she would be my realtor. It was a match mate in heaven. I am VERY very indecisive, and I second guess myself A LOT. Stylist was not only patient with me, but she also reassured me that she works for me and will make whatever I want happen, happen--if possible. She also kept great notes of my preferences and sentiments towards various properties to keep me focused during the search process. Once I found a house, she constantly revisited my sentiments when I began to doubt, while also reassuring me that if the house I was under contract on was "it." I do not have to buy it (subject to forfeiture of my earnest money when I became indecisive after the grace period lol). When we ran into hiccups, Stylists went above and beyond what was required and expected to get me to close. I know it was God who placed her in my life. Because when we got to close, Stylist showed up and showed OUT! I was stressed all the way to the closing table because of work, but once I got into that room, Stylist made me feel seen and appreciated, and she had me laughing through it all. To sum all of this up: Stylist is a realtor who is not only knowledgeable, but who truly cares about the goals of her client. She will work with you, fight for you, and get you through the hard times the best she can. Therefore, give Stylist my highest recommendation, because I not only have my own home, I have a second unit I can rent out so someone!
