I met Javon at an open house when I was first starting to step into the waters of searching for a new home. I felt a good connection right away and asked her to be my agent. When I was ready to move forward with an offer, the complications with selling my former home, in another state, became jumbled as the real estate laws there are very different than Louisiana… while I was exploding at each misstep with the NY house sale, issues that greatly affected my ability to move forward in New Orleans, Javon always kept a steadfast and surefooted attitude, keeping me on track while reassuring our seller here that everything would work out… and it did. I am now in my dream home, in my dream neighborhood… the neighborhood in which I pined about living since I was a small child, but never truly understood that I could actually live in this lovely area one day. There is so much about this home that is so right for me and Javon could detect all those characteristics, but she also brought up points she was concerned I might object to… she was always focused on finding me the perfect home. She was never on track to simply make a sale like so many other agents. She knows this market and she knows people on both sides of a real estate transaction.
