I grew up in a real estate family, so my expectations for my agent were pretty high. Cody has lived up to the billing and then some, and I can see why his previous clients hold him in such high regard. His accessibility has been unbelievable, which was very important given the hot market we were working in. He also dove into the particulars of the market we were looking to buy in to make sure that we were getting exactly what we were looking for, rather than simply relying on what we saw during the visit. With all that said, his best attribute in my opinion has been his knack for negotiations, and tactful use of leverage to assure we got the best deal possible. I would highly, highly recommend getting Cody on your side of the table.
