I recently had the pleasure of working with Carla Buquoi from Realty One Group to find a rental property out of state, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received. From the moment we began working together, Carla demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and preferences. She knew the stress of moving my family of 4 from out of state and went out of her way to send me video tours of properties. Throughout the entire process, Carla was professional, responsive, and dedicated. She went above and beyond to find properties that met my criteria, and her attention to detail was remarkable. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she was always available to provide guidance and support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I cannot recommend Carla Buquoi highly enough to anyone in need of a trustworthy and reliable real estate professional. I am eager and excited to work with her again in a year to purchase my first home!

Carla is the ONE that has back. She makes it stress free. Love her.

Carla was the BEST agent I have ever worked with in my life. She was knowledgeable, so responsive every time I needed her, helped in my negotiations with renters and went above her duties. I lived in a different state while trying to rent out my home, and was under the gun to get it rented as fast as possible. She knew of my time constraints and worked extremely hard in finding me a renter asap. She made me feel as if I was her only client, but knew she had more on her plate. She was aggressive in finding me a great renter and quick!! She went beyond her duties in helping me with getting extra keys made, finding a lock smith to meet her and all the numerous other things that come up that I could not do in person, since I was in another state. You will never be disappointed with Carla as your agent, as she really does care for her clients. She even followed up with me months later to make sure everything was going ok. 5 Stars all the way! Thank you, Carla!! -AY
