I would say that I have high expectations and a definite way of doing things. In the real estate world that can be a problem for many. When (as a buyer) you know what you want to fit your lifestyle, you look at a lot of houses. This process was super stressful. Some realtors can handle this and some cannot. I personally know several professional realtors in my area but I chose to go with a friend who had recently entered the realtor workforce from a totally different career field.
