With a background as a Division 1 football player at Central Arkansas University and a graduate in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Arkansas Monticello, Matthew combines strong analytical skills with a keen sense of market trends. Before diving into real estate, Matthew had a highly successful career in Health Insurance Sales at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. In 2017, he was the state's highest producer of retiree health plans, a feat that showcased his ability to build trust and rapport. This experience has translated seamlessly into his real estate career, where he excels in negotiations and setting realistic expectations with his clients. While Matthew has worked predominantly with buyers, he’s looking to focus more on sellers in the future, where he can leverage his skill for honest, straightforward conversations about market value and the selling process. His expertise in sales, rapport-building, and communication makes him an ideal guide for any real estate transaction.
