I would say that I have high expectations and a definite way of doing things. In the real estate world that can be a problem for many. When (as a buyer) you know what you want to fit your lifestyle, you look at a lot of houses. This process was super stressful. Some realtors can handle this and some cannot. I personally know several professional realtors in my area but I chose to go with a friend who had recently entered the realtor workforce from a totally different career field. We learned a lot together through the whole process. I selected Carol Jones to assist me as a home buyer and I think we saw every house in the zip code I wanted to live and then some. The word patience definitely comes to mind when I think of Carol and recall all the offers, inspections, and deals that fell through. One of the things I appreciate is she was able to see my vision and knew when a house was or wasn’t the right place. Even when I finally found the right home, she stuck with me through to the end negotiating everything on the checklist. We are so happy in our new home and I would recommend Carol Jones if you are looking for a real estate professional to assist you in your search or with the sale of your home. As offers would come in, Linda would provide great guidance on how to counter in order to maximize our profit. She was very receptive to all my questions about the entire process and my recommendations to add to counter offers which helped a lot during negotiations. I appreciate so much all she did for my mom and the family during this period. Such a hard thing to sell your parents house that they built and lived in for 40 years! I know that this was a challenge for her as well since the house WAS 40 years old and things needed fixed, remodeled, etc and she was showing the house as is initially which i know was difficult.
