I was very picky, but he took the time to show me many different houses and also added some color to the local market and what I should consider. I had just moved back to Shreveport after being away for many years. Although I'm from Shreveport, he was able to get me up to speed on what neighborhoods I should look at and what I should avoid. Randolph was very patient, resourceful and worked very hard. He has also helped several friends of mine and everyone came away very pleased. These were situations that included both buying, selling and preliminary evaluation.
