The property Cindi sold for us had been on the market several times over the last 12 years - never had an offer. I was unsure if we would be successful but the effort Cindi & Janet put forth to market the property was far and away the best we had experienced. After doing a competitive market analysis she suggested a list price higher than I anticipated. It seems like we had an interested party in 2-3 weeks and they closed on the property this month. I cannot recommend Cindi strongly enough.
